Scheduling was easy & their breakdown of services was easy to understand. Appointment was scheduled at 8:00am and their technician Ian arrived at 8:00am sharp. He was very friendly and respectful and was able to easily explain the process of what he would be doing that day without using any technical terms that an average person wouldn’t understand. Very glad I hired Southern and that Ian was the one doing the Pest Control at my house, it was a great experience and I look forward to having them be my pest control for the next year.Oh and they wear boot covers in your house so they don’t get it dirty!
