“Earlier this week my scheduled appointment came up for termite inspection and ant treatment. I believe I have been a customer of Southern Pest Control for at least 20 years and have always been very satisfied with your entire customer service experience. Thankfully this year was no exception. My appointment this week was for 9 AM and that’s exactly when your technician rang the door bell. This was the second time Jerry has come to our home. On the earlier visit, he provided some additional treatment for a small ant appearance in a bathroom. At the time, I was impressed with the effort he made to solve the problem and the time he took to explain everything that he did. Bottom line his work appeared to solve the problem. The visit this week was more routine preventive care, but I wanted to be sure we covered any areas were attention was given in the past. Once again, Jerry was able to address every concern I had and provide a clear explanation of everything he did both inside and out. When wood roaches began to frequent my house, both outside and inside, I called Southern Pest Control. For years they have provided me with termite inspections, but I had never asked for a home service plan for pest control. I spoke with such a thoughtful and responsive administrator who not only arranged a policy but also sent out to the house the world's nicest man, Linwood. He couldn't have been more helpful. Not only was he knowledgeable and very quickly aware of my aversion to cockroaches, but he was also aware of my concerns about my dog and pesticides. He eased my mind, explained the process thoroughly, and spent a good deal of time examining the perimeter of the house before applying his pest controls. His skill and care were exacting and thoughtful.If you ever need pest control, this is the company to contact. And if you want the best and most knowledgeable individual to come and help you out, ask for Linwood! He rocks!

I have been calling this company for over a month for an additional service as I have seen every type of bug in my home just one week after my schedule spray. The customer service line can never reach my local Richmond office...I'm not sure there is a Richmond office. Definitely regret changing to this company. Helpful tip...if you are in Richmond or the surrounding area go with a more reliable company not this one.

We absolutely love Southern Pest Control! They always do a GREAT job! Matt did our latest service and it was great! My family has 3 cats so we prefer to stay in the house after they spray. We just stay upstairs and they spray downstairs! They are always accommodating to our needs and never make us feel like an inconvenience.

Recently moved to Virginia and was unfamiliar with the area and pests located here. Noticed a couple of nests I had never seen before inside and outside the house. We had Ian come out to take a look. He provided phenomenal service and education about the nests, then promptly took care of them. Fast, efficient, and costly!! Great service, would 100% recommend!!

Our neighbor alerted us to a huge wasp nest that was attached to an outside window on our home. We have a pest contract with Southern Pest so called them. That very same day they sent Devante Trent to us and he was AWESOME! He bravely sprayed the huge nest and then knocked it all to the ground and finished killing all the eggs. He was fun and funny and just delightful to work with. Thank you Southern Pest Control and thank you Devante!

From Richmond, VirginiaDylan, our pest control expert, was thorough, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. We are glad to have chosen Southern Pest and recommend their services to friends and family often. They have been protecting us and our home from pests for 25 years. Not only have we never had an out-of-control infestation, but they come out to retreat the yard whenever we suspect an infestation is imminent. We have them for the Termite Protection as well as a Pet Lovers package which covers fleas & ticks. Our experience has been that whatever they do for the fleas and ticks also curbs the mosquitoes. We are quite happy with Southern Pest Control.

I have been with Southern Pest Control for the last 3 years. They go above and beyond to ensure great customer service and satisfaction. I really can't say enough good things about this company! They always show up on time and are professional, personable, and courteous. Communication is easy, whether it be over the phone or in person. And most importantly, NO FREAKING BUGS! 😁 Most recently, I was highly impressed once again when my tech Matt came out for a scheduled renewal inspection and treatment, (even though we had torrential downpours and the city of Suffolk had issued a severe weather warning). He showed up right on time with a big smile and and just shrugged about the rain, like it wasn't a thing. He went about his inspection and treatment smoothly and efficiently, and even took his time to engage in a little conversation, despite it being the last appointment of the day when he no doubt (but didn't let on) wanted to get home to his family and dry clothes. STELLAR customer service, and top-of-the-line treatments.Oh and did I mention? NO FREAKING BUGS!! 😁 Love these guys ...HIGHLY recommend! 😊

Not really happy and won't renew. Had a scheduled appointment and they canceled an hour prior and said they would call to reschedule. Did you really thing we would get a call? A good company would call and say hey, sorry, we couldn't make it today, but can we reschedule? And I have recommended people in the past, well no more.

Have had SPC for over a decade and their service is outstanding. Had a retreatment today specifically for ants and the service was just as good or better than my annual service. Nathan was right on time. He listened to my concerns (termites vs ants?) and looked at the evidence I pointed out to him. He knew exactly what the issue was and he patiently explained the differences between flying ants and termites. He quickly treated my house inside and out. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Nathan reinforced my confidence that SPC is the pest control company I will stick with.

Today Dylan came out, to take care of a Bee problem we had. We also noticed a lot of ants crawling along our foundation, along the bricks going into cracks. Southern Pest Control is one of those rare companies that actually doesn't raise renewal prices every single year. we signed up for a 2 year contract and have had to call them back out once and am going to call them and schedule them again within the last 6 months. within 2 weeks of them spraying we have spider webs all over our house and porch again.the first time we used them 2 years ago we signed up for a year they were great they came out and sprayed the first time and we didn't see any spiders or bugs anywhere and they automatically came out every couple of months to respray.I don't know if they changed what they use or what but it isn't working.I have also tried to log onto the site with my log on info and it won't let me log on. I bet if I was trying to make a payment I would be able to log on but to request service all of a sudden I can't log on.
