When you are ready to write a contract, they respond immediately, however if you call for service after your contract, they will not respond. I've been to trying to get them to come for past 2 month and they are not calling me back. I will not use them again for coming year.

I’ve been having SPC come and clean my place inside and outside for the past year. Their workers are always so friendly and nice being calm and collected. I’m not the type to typically leave reviews but when a company goes above & beyond for their customers, I just have to! We have been using SPC for a little over 1 year now & have been super happy with their services thus far. The last 2 times we have had JR Smith come out to spray our house & all I can say is WOW! I have been a Southern Pest Control customer for over twenty years. They were the company that did the construction termite treatment on our new home. We continue with them each year as they come out for the annual termite inspection. They leave insect traps inside and treat the outside areas to keep bugs out of the house. Whenever I called about an insect problem they quickly scheduled a technician visit to take care of the issue. That is the reason twenty plus years and counting I’m still and will continue to be a Southern Pest Control customer.

Southern Pest Control has been protecting our home from termites for almost 40 years. For a reasonable price they inspect the home annually and come at no additional charge with any pest concern. This year I called them to check for mice outside and then a different time for spiders inside. They cheerfully schedule a convenient time and always make me feel like a valued customer. They are responsive, easy to schedule, and come back if there is a 'pest' issue. For us, it's little ants. But is is afirming to know we dont have termites or other major issues. Recommend at least yearly inspections. The technicitions that come are professional, knowledgable and engaging. Highly recommend.

I've used for termite inspection since building the home 17 years ago. This Company was the original firm that installed the termite bearer around the home. I used to have the pest service, but they were not very good. All that was done was bug and mice traps left around the house and in the garage. I've used another service that is excellent and a lot cheaper that comes out quarterly.

We've used Southern Pest for over 25 years and been extremely pleased about our third year, we experienced a termite issue. SP immediately came out, repaired the damage, and implemented a mitigation strategy that has resulted in no recurrence. Ant problems have periodically occurred and SP comes out immediately to spray and lay traps. In all these years they have been prompt, courteous, and effective.

I have used Southern Pest Control for over 20 years. Originally contracted with them for termite inspection when I purchased my home. I now use them for my annual termite inspection and quarterly insect control and extermination. I have also used them for exterminating field mice that have gotten into my home. Although their on-line scheduling process can present some challenges if you are not accustomed to it, scheduling by phone is always a breeze. They commit to an on-time guarantee and have never failed. The exterminators are professional and will take care of your problem(s) before they leave. I highly recommend Southern Pest Control.

The pest control reps are very efficient. One in particular I should mention is David. He has been here the most. He understands my phobia of those big outdoor bugs that somehow got in and he suggested that maintenance get the front doors fixed to better try to keep them out. That has been done. David also went to look up in the attic and when he stepped on the bottom rung, it broke. I do hope he is ok. They fixed that too and the young maintenance guy went up and made sure there was nothing up there like mice, squirrels, etc. making a home!I appreciate that you can come out when I see something! So far so good! Not even spiders! But then it is getting colder! The big test of the doors will be next Spring/Summer.Thanks again for being there for me!

I’ve had Sovereign Pest Control coming to treat my home for the past 2 years and every technician has been great. Yesterday, I had JR Smith and he was super friendly and knowledgeable.
