- We will contact your friend, discuss service plan options and set appointment
- Referring friend contacts us, provide referral info, discuss service plan options and set appointment
- After appointment is posted, services performed and payment for service plan received, referral reward check is mailed or reward amount may be applied towards outstanding balance
