We are fairly new to Southern Pest Control here in Virginia Beach. We have had several treatments inside and outside of our home. Everyone has been so kind and professional while here. Matt came today and he was the best too. I showed him a few areas I wanted treated and he went right to it. This company is very thorough and will come whenever you need them. I’ve hardly seen a bug inside. Just a few dead ones. Not a fan of bugs in the house so their treatments are definitely working! Thank you all!

Nathan came by today for my annual termite inspection. He was professional, courteous, friendly and went above my expectations by inspecting for possible holes in my house that rodents may penetrate. I appreciate all that Nathan did for me today. I also really like this company because they come out every time I call them - no hesitation. The technicians are always friendly and thorough. Scheduling was easy & their breakdown of services was easy to understand. Appointment was scheduled at 8:00am and their technician Ian arrived at 8:00am sharp. He was very friendly and respectful and was able to easily explain the process of what he would be doing that day without using any technical terms that an average person wouldn’t understand. Very glad I hired Southern and that Ian was the one doing the Pest Control at my house, it was a great experience and I look forward to having them be my pest control for the next year.Oh and they wear boot covers in your house so they don’t get it dirty! We have used Southern Pest Control for a very long time, close to 20 years. We have had some really great guys, and a couple that we had to request a redo with. We have requested Matt for a few years now because he is absolutely awesome! Matt is friendly, conscientious, knowledgeable, gets the job done, will advise for best practices, comes exactly when he is scheduled to be here, and has a strong work ethic! I just cannot say enough good things about him! He is amazing and it’s because of work like his that we have stayed faithful customers!

We get routine services and have very little issues with pests, even though we have a lot of woods and water nearby. Nathan has come to service our home a couple of times and he is always wonderful.
